2nd Annual Christmas Showdown - Mixed Doubles Open Division

Ponder Pickleball is back and teaming up with our favorite partner, Pickleball Paddock, to help host the 2nd Annual Baird Christmas Showdown - Men's Open Division!

Men's division will be played on Sunday, December 13th starting at 2pm. Format and draw details are below: 

• Field will be made up of a max of 12 mixed doubles teams
• Team combined DUPR must be at/above 9.0 to enter. 
• Considering a full draw, field will be split into two pools of 6 teams, 5 game RR (games to 11 by 2) and then top 4 from each pool will move onto QF / SF / Finals 
• QF will be to 15 by 2, SF / F will be 2/3 to 11 by 2
• Lifetime 48 ball will be used
• All results will be logged to DUPR

Men's Division Payouts

1st place team - $1,000
2nd place team - $500
3rd place team - $220

Registered Teams

When registering, you will receive a survey that asks your current DUPR rating and to name your partner. Please respond to this survey so registration can be kept up to date. 

A registration fee ($110 per division) must be paid for each player. Both can be paid for / registered at the same time, but both players must be paid and registered for the team's spot to be secured in the draw. 

Last date to withdraw and receive a refund will be Friday, November 27th.
